Meet Tracy!
Hi, I’m Tracy—project manager by day, podcaster by passion, and a woman navigating dating after 40 with a sense of humor, a journal, and occasionally a glass of wine. I’m also a mom, a business owner, and someone who still believes in love… even after all the bad coffee dates and “I’m not ready for a relationship” conversations.
Flirt in After Forty was born out of voice notes I kept sending my friends after each ridiculous, romantic, or just plain WTF date. Eventually, I realized I wasn’t alone—and neither are you.
